1- Why did not I receive a positive reply?
1- We would like to inform you that all the applications are examined and evalueted carefully according to our client’s expectations, salary, compensation&benefit packages they offer and your experiences. However, it may be foreseen that the position is not positive for you beyond your positive evaluation in many different criteria such as compensation&benefits package, title, organizational structure, company size, position to be reported. This foresight sometimes occurs on our side and often on the customer side.
Under any circumstances, no benefits can be provided or no fees can be charged from jobseekers.

2- How is it possible for you to know my title, salary, career plan expectations and other demands without having an interview? Are not you prejudiced in this case?
2- Stratej Human Resources has been carrying out human resources consultancy projects since 2011 and as a company employee profile since 2000. The knowledge and experience that this deep-rooted practice gives us more like a foresight, not a prejudic. We try to avoid our hesitations by interviewing the candidates sometimes by emailing, sometimes by calling and sometimes by interviewing them. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to write a specific answer for each applicant for our job adverts since we receive hundreds of applications. For this reason, the process may not be positive when it is considered that the above-mentioned details do not overlap with one or more of the details within a general framework. Besides, the candidate's salary, title, career, organizational structure, etc. expectation is not a sufficient criterion alone to decide.
At this point, we need to act in accordance with the criteria and preferences determined by our business partners whom we provide consultancy. As a Private Employment Agency, a Human Resources consulting firm we believe every candidate is valuable. We believe that there is a company that every candidate might be employed and add value. Our experience over decades shows that a candidate that is not preferred by a company might be highly appreciated by another one, and a company that a candidate does not want to work for can also be valued as the best company to work for by another one. Therefore, we believe that the Private Employment Agencies operating on the philosophy of "headhunting the right candidate to the customer in the fastest time" should be appreciated.
3- I have reviewed your advert but before I apply and / or after I applied, I want to ask questions by phone or e-mail and get answers about topics such as company, salary package or location. Is it possible?

If you are not sure about the ad content that the position is the right match for you, and you want to learn more, please state your salary, title, compensation&benefits, the industry preferences, fundamental work philosophy and vision to help us to better evaluate you and prevent us from having the wrong foresight about you.

5- This is a question we often face. Just like we do not share the information of candidates applying to the job advert with any other candidate or company (even if the candidate's criteria does not match or the candidate does not wish to proceed further), we can not give information (company name, location and other benefits, etc.) to the candidates before a certain stage also. These information is sometimes shared at the interview but sometimes can not be shared without approval from the customer even after the interview. This situation can have different reasons for each subject.
It is possible to have other reasons. Therefore, it is our greatest anticipation to be understood that the Private Employment Agency will act in accordance and within the framework of the companies that they are working with.
6- I did not receive a positive reply to my application however to be one step ahead, I would like to meet and be evaluated for future opportunities that may rise if it is not today for the current one. What are my options?

This interview, which is held for future job opportunities rather than a specific position with you, will help us to know you better and will provide us knowledge, insight, speed and advantage to evaluate you for better opportunities.
